As a developer in a technology focused world I many times fail to understand how un-savvy the rest of the world is or can be on a regular basis, how statements like ‘Google is the internet’ or ‘the OS is like email and stuff right?’ cause tech people to roll their eyes and give up on any meaningful explanation. It’s even given rise to hosts of sites where people ridicule phone calls, emails, conversations, bosses and every incorrect statement about technology. Like Google Chrome, with Google announcing an OS, many people will probably never realize that Google is in essence fulfilling that adage, an OS that integrates so closely with web that you won’t know the difference.

One thing I am almost sure you can expect, it will be easy to use, fast, clean, minimalistic, and VERY integrated with Google’s existing online services.
