Thanks to everyone who attended the meeting and I apologise again for being sick. Here are the slides and code from my presentation. The demo code requires the Northwind database and currently the web.config is setup to use SQL Server and not SQL Express so you will need to make changes in the web.config if you use another server than SQL Server.
