i can't give you the Pacific life code, but i have placed the OLAF whidbey project in there that it was based on. OLAF is the outlook look alike.
if you want the all encompassing contoso smart client demo i did first, please email me. i only have it in two vpc files totalling 12 gbs! there is no install directions and if there were it would be burdensome. i believe the ms folks want it "shored up" before public distribution - but, we'll get that worked out if you email me at TimHuck@InterKnowlogy.com.
